Canvas & Clay was born from a simple idea, to create a space where people of all ages can slow down, get creative, and enjoy the process of making something with their hands. Founded by Stephany, Canvas & Clay Art Studio is a family-friendly place to explore pottery painting, canvas art, and creative projects in a relaxed and inspiring environment.
Stephany is the heart behind the studio, overseeing day-to-day operations and bringing her vision to life through every class, party, and creative experience. Her passion for art, community, and connection shapes the welcoming spirit of Canvas & Clay, all fueled by creativity and the occasional iced green tea.

What Our Guests Are Saying
This is a great place to go for awesome pottery, they have several amazing events throughout the week offering kids activities also. So very fun to paint your own ceramics and have them fires for you. Fun for everyone, they have seasonal items. Bring your kids to do some art, bring you significant other for a date night, or just come by yourself and have fun and listen to music while expressing your creativity.
The sweetest owners ever! The prices were great and we had such a good time painting. Any time we needed help they were so nice! They even gave us some popcorn and since we don’t live in the area, they offer shipping! Great bachelorette activity!!!

839 8th Ave W Palmetto, FL 34221, On business 41 (8th Ave) in Palmetto between F.E.L.T. and Popi's Place Palmetto same parking lot as Liberty Tax, west side of the street.

Most parking spots are in the rear of the building, if you turn at 9th St W, next to F.E.L.T. or turn at Popi's parking lot, you can easily access the parking lot behind the building. We do have several parking spots in front of the building, turn in at the One stop convenience store to access these.

Monday noon-6pm
Tuesday Closed

Thursday noon-7pm
Friday noon-8pm
Sat 10am-8pm
Since all painting masterpieces take time to create the last walk-in is accepted 1 hour prior to closing time. Pickup of your pieces will end 1 hour prior to closing time. If our studio does not have active painters 1 hour prior to closing we will close the studio for the evening.
